About Us

Get Involved

We are an association of volunteers, Sororities, Fraternities, companies and Churches donating time, money and manpower to resurrect the majesty of Hillcrest Cemetery to what it was in the past as a resting place for Blacks in Southeast Raleigh when public cemeteries were segregated.

Weather permitting, we dedicate the second Saturday of each month to maintaining the landscape of the grounds. The lawn is cut and trimmed twice a month during the spring, summer and fall. This is the biggest expense and requires steady donations to cover the cost.
